 Raising Musical Kids  by Patrick Kavanaugh 

This is an easy-to-read, approachable book for parents.  I appreciate the way the author gives practical advice about music lessons, practicing, attending concerts, listening to music, etc. while also weaving in a little spiritual perspective.
